Narrative Essay On Walking Alone

Walking alone can be very dangerous!! I can tell you about my experience one night Kenzie and I decided to go to Carbondale to have a girl’s night since we are always with our boyfriends. So we went shopping in Marion then went back to our apartment to do our makeup and get dressed. Kenzie called her friends and told them to meet us at a restaurant/bar. We left Marion and were on the way to Carbondale. It was going to be a very fun night. We parked our car, then had to walk a remote distance, it was a very cold night. Kenzie is a little on the wild side so I kind of knew nothing good was going to happen that night. So we started our long walk to the restaurant, we were laughing and having a good time till some suspicious car kept driving …show more content…
I told Kenzie not to worry about it and to just keep walking normal. The car started going faster I was getting nervous but wasn’t going to start panicking. We were getting really close to the restaurant when suddenly some guys jumped out of the car and came walking beside Kenzie and I. they started speaking really weirdly like I couldn’t understand what they were saying to me. The guy grabbed Kenzie by the arm and was trying to get her to get in the car with him. I started yelling, trying to get him to stop I was getting really scared at this point. I tried calling the people we were meeting up with but the music in the restaurant was so loud they didn’t hear their phones going off. The Arabians started talking weird again and tried grabbing the both of us, but I wasn’t going to let that happen. We started running to a safe place which is still a far run. The people kept on following us I kept getting more and more scared. The tall guy with dark black hair and a bushy beard came after Kenzie I wasn’t going to stop running. We kept on running we got inside the restaurant trying to find a good hiding place but there was so many people to get around. Meanwhile, we were maneuvering around every person to get as far away from the entrance as …show more content…
They were scanning across the room looking for us. We continued to hide where we were and didn’t plan on moving any time soon. We were absolutely clueless to why these guys had such a strong desire to find us for whatever reason it was. At the time, Kenzie grabbed my arm and explained to me that we should call the police. These guys were stalking us and we were afraid of what their intentions were. Therefore, she picked up her phone and dialed, she talked in a very low voice. Explaining that these random guys have been stalking us and trying to grab us. Nobody even knew where we were, the employees didn’t even see us. We waited patiently for about 10 minutes. Then, we started to hear the distance of the sirens getting closer and closer to the restaurant. But we waited until we had no sight of these guys anywhere to even get up and move. Eventually we just got up and started running through the restaurant to make it outside. Furthermore, we made it outside and we saw the police. We told them that we called them and we gave them visual imagery of what these men looked like, where the scene happened when they tried to grab both of us from behind. They told us that we would be safe now and they would stay around until they could identify the men and take them into

My six word memoir was “Fought through the labyrinth of solitude” because I wasn’t really alone physically because I had my family but none of them understood me or I couldn’t show them I true self, like who I really am. It wasn’t really easy to do because I felt insecure even though I shouldn’t feel that way. I stayed true to myself and I kept that in mind and it gave me the strength to push through. So mentally I was me but outside I was a totally different person that everybody expected me to be but even though I had some faith that that would end someday.…

I once went on a hike on the Appalachian Trail with my mother. We set off and it started to rain on the first day, and my mom began to complain. By the end of the day, I wanted to jump off the mountain before I pushed her off it. Suffice to say, we were not well-suited hiking partners, due to our different processes; my mother dealt with her grievances by talking about the cold. On the other hand, I was just as miserable, but I attempted to ignore the dismal weather.…

That man stands up and runs for my partner but before he can reach him, I pulled the trigger and shot him. I look in his jacket and in the pocket was a wallet…
