Falling from the top of the huge yellow slide at Volga Park was so terrifying and it was also the scariest thing that had ever happened to me. It happened to me when I was in Volga celebrating my brother’s birthday. When I fell from the top of the big yellow slide at Volga Park. I felt like I was never going to be able to walk ever again.
It was just an ordinary summer day. We went to the park in Volga,Iowa to celebrate my brother Tyler’s birthday. When we arrived there we were talking to all of the people that was there that we knew. There was a humongous yellow slide, some little slides there and then they were really fun to go down. When I was going to go down the big yellow slide that was there I was too impatient to wait my turn to go down the slide cause there was people down at the bottom of the slide. So, I slid down the slide a little bit and then I seen a pole that is connected to the slide and it leads to the ground. The pole was like a yellowish brownish color and then when I grabbed the pole it was cold and smooth and kind of rough feeling …show more content…
But when I reached out to the grab the pole “I FELL!!!” When I was falling there was a lot of cool brisk air blowing in my face. I was trembling with fear when I was falling because I was afraid that I was going to break a bone or break a bone in my body that will not allow me to be able to walk ever again. When I fell I landed on my back and then when I landed on my back I was afraid that I was not going to be able to walk ever again. After I fell from the top of the slide there was a lot of people running to see if I was okay cause somebody ran to the shelter that they were sitting in at the Volga Park. Then when they all found out they all started running towards me like a pack of elephants. Then when they arrived to me I was not able to speak because it was hard to speak because I was in a lot of pain and also because I could not get a single word out of my mouth after it happened. But after the pain started to go away I was able to explain what happened to them. When I went over to the shelter to sit down and calm down my Uncle Leon came over to me and asked me “Hey michael did you want to go for a ride on the motorcycle with me to get your mind off of what happened?” Then I told him “Yes I would love to.” The reason that he asked me if I wanted to go for a ride on the motorcycle was because he
