Healing is a process that seems so unreachable during moments of grief. It is often times perceived as impossible to achieve; however, it is not as difficult as you might first believe it to be. You must keep in mind that good things take time, and time will not mend your broken pieces if you fail or refuse to progress alongside it. You ought to remember that healing does not mean pretending the hurt never happened; it means the damage no longer has power over your life or your emotions. To find the path of healing, there are a variety of steps available to take which will guide you through this journey. In order to initiate the journey, you should first come to terms with your problems. As cliche as it may sound, the first step to getting better is acceptance. You must not deny the fact that you are in need of healing and in need of deliverance. We, humans, are not designated to stay damaged. We are destined to surpass our calamities and use our newfound knowledge to help …show more content…
Keep every chapter of your life and continue turning the pages. Eventually, you will become cognizant of the reasons for your misfortunes. Realize that you are allowed to fall and rise in order to expand mentally and emotionally; furthermore, no one can heal you the way you will heal yourself. Every single aspect of your life is a synchronicity: a meaningful coincidence. You cannot rush healing, do not spend your time desiring more. The happiest times will come from within you. You are the elucidation to your predicaments, for you are your own hero. Everything you need is already inside you. Do not try to resist the changes that come your way and instead, let them live through you. Believe in your ability to succeed and you will surely find yourself in prosperity.
