Injuries ,Sickness ,Family problems only a few thing Athletes fear. Athletes are all human so we can’t avoid all of these. But some can still play through these. This man some call him a legend some call him the greatest some say he’s not human. I call him Michael Jordan.
June 11th 1997 Game 5 of the NBA Finals in Salt Lake City Utah. The Chicago Bulls vs the Utah Jazz Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippin vs John Stockton And Karl Malone. The series was tied 2-2 this game would determine who wins the NBA Finals.
I was in the crowd 18 years old college basketball player Allen Anthony Carter. Michael Jordan was my idol he was the reason I played basketball. I wanted to be better than Mike I wanted to study all his move so I can use them for myself.

The crowd was silent as the coach told them the next play.
I had a front row seat to the game I was right behind the Chicago Bulls bench. My seat was so close because I was dying of cancer and the make a wish foundation gave me four front row seats. But I didn’t have any friends or family to come with me. Michael Jordan was tired Phil Jackson said “ Michael I think we have to let you sit for the rest of the game. “
When he said that I had a sudden feeling a feeling you get when everything is against you but you still have hope. I yelled “ Don’t give up Michael you’re the greatest player ever you’ll find a way. “ Michael Jordan turned around and smiled at me. Michael Jordan said “ This one is for you Allen. “ I don’t know how he knew my name or who I was but I felt a joy inside me. The type of joy you get when your mom takes you to the candy store as a kid.
Michael Jordan turned to Phil Jackson. Michael Jordan said “ No i'm okay I can play. “ He got back in the game and finished with 38 points. The Chicago Bulls would also go on to win game 6 and win the NBA Championship for the 2nd time in a row. They also would go on to win the 1998 NBA Championship and many more to
