It was an early July day, it was a nice day, the weather was scorching hot. Later that day I met up with my friends at the park. It was quiet, so I started a conversation. “Hi Zoe, Russell, and Alan, how was your day so far?” “What do you guys want to do today?”,said Zoe. Silence filled the outdoors, so quiet you could hear a pin drop. “I got it we can go kayaking” said Alan. Zoe felt disappointed, but know one could tell. “Great idea” said Russell. “Where are we supposed to get kayaks from?” “There is a kayaking shed at the river in town” mumbled Zoe. “Ok then it’s settled lets go, who’s in.” Everyone wanted to go but I could see that Zoe seemed a little upset. I was going to miss this place. The Namekagon river had many aspects. When we were kayaking we got stuck in a sand bed, so we used our paddles and pushed each other out. One of the paddles broke, so I used half of it and continued kayaking. That’s what I call problem solving. We see deer standing at the edge of the river bank. Alan saw them first because he is a deer. We have about one more mile to go. I know that this fun adventurous trip was almost over. We have reached the end of the river. We tied up our kayaks, and grabbed food to eat. We ate tortillas with peanut butter and chips. After we ate my mom appeared with her car. We loaded and latched the kayaks on the trailer on the back. We loaded the paddles in the trailer too. The food was all gone so we didn't have to pack that. We all got in the car and started off towards home. I seems pretty crazy that a deer, squirrel, dog, and cat would go kayaking but that's what we did and we feel
