A Family Man Film Analysis

When you are first born, your mother and father are there with you. Your family is there from when you are born and remain with you for the rest of your life. Family is the most important thing on this earth. Without a family, you can become lost or isolated, so why not set aside everything else going on in your life to make time for your family? Just like Dane Jensen, we must realize that family stands as an important factor of our lives that must not be taken for granted. The movie, A Family Man, portrays Dane’s path to becoming a better person at home and work.
Dane did not realize that he was letting greed succumb his own self. His greed kept him wanting more and more, and it came to a point where he barely payed attention to his family. His mind was fixated on money and the higher position in his career. Dane lost an important part of his life, and did not even realize it until the nurse told him what his son said.

My brother and I usually do not fight, but when we do it gets pretty intense. Our last fight, which I can not recall the situation, I did not talk to him for about 2 days. After those 2 days, my parents came home and started to blast him about his grades at the quarter. At that moment, I went downstairs and stuck my neck for him. I told my parents that it was the quarter and he had the next one to improve his semester grades. I stuck my neck out for my brother Tanner when it looked like no one would have in my situation. My ability to look past our differences and to make the right call, reflects what Dane did for Lou. If Lou were to get the job, than Dane would not receive pay.
