52% of our class was bored this summer, but that was not the case for me. My summer was packed with happy, funny and scary memories that will last a lifetime.
The three main events in my summer involve friends, swimming and my trip to North Carolina. Beginning with my friends. One of the fun things that happened in my summer was when I went to Canada's wonderland with Maia. For our first ride we decided to go on one of the scariest rides in the whole park that was our first mistake. Why did we decide to go on it first there was no line and I wonder why. Another fun thing that happened with a friend was when I went to my friends house on one of the coldest days of the summer and went in the lake I did not want to go in but he forced me he said " come on its not so bad" it was that bad. I thought we could be apart of the titanic it was so cold. Finally when I went to Ashton's for a sleep over we have this tradition that we bake cookies out of a package and eat all of them but this time she didn’t have any more packages of pre baked cookies. Yes there are only 7 days in a week but some days I would train 3 times a day it was very time consuming and it took up a lot of time but it kept me active and helped me make so many new friends. Other than swim meets and training I was also involved in bronze which is a coarse you have to take to become a lifeguard. The whole coarse was a week long and every day was about 8 hours it was a very long and exhausting. Another thing that involved swimming in my summer was swim meets honestly swim meets are boring you spend like 2 and a half hours just sitting and waiting for your race and if you total all the seconds you're actually in the water racing its only 3
