Our daily wiffle ball game was about to start. There was a wiffle ball game every evening behind the apartment complex I lived in. The game was played in a luscious green grass field with a monstrous hill in left field. The usual squad was myself, Ricky, Justin, Michael, Jonathon, Latrell, and occasionally Greg but his parents usually make him stay inside and play monopoly or some other dumb board game. Our teams were always different from the last game.…

The Supreme Court often checks Congress of the constitutionality of the laws that it passes. If a citizen feels that the law that Congress passes violates their rights, then he or she will be able to challenge the law if the Court decides to hear the case. When the Supreme Court rules a law unconstitutional, that law is now void. This would clearly irritate someone in Congress, wouldn’t it? I do not think I agree with the courts to a certain instinct. At some points I do understand why the courts ruled in the way they did, but on some of the other points I do not understand. I would have to partially agree with the appellant courts, because of certain circumstances. My reasoning is because at no point did I read where it states CG consenting yes or no. However, I look at the entire incident and wonder how didn’t CG feel MTS on her as she claimed.…

Judges have a multitude of responsibility beyond what many may think is only presiding behind the bench in a robe (Bohm & Haley, 2011).
