The Building
As I look up I saw a man cowering in the corner holding his shoulder guess the cop managed to get a shot of before he died. He looked scared more than scary. He was frightened at the fact I had caught him and he didn’t know what to do. He was shaking like and terrified of me and then he spoke, “don’t hurt me.”
It was late and I was tired, so tired that I barely heard my other colleagues usually I hear Derek on the phone yelling at a woman who talked about how the council had taken her son away from her yelling, “I’m going to put a stop to this.”
It all didn’t really bother me the council was evil and they did take people and their lives, but that’s just how it is and I’ve learned to live with it so far. I heard my name being called

I went towards the noise I knew the voice it was the cop, but when I found him the killer had slit his throat pretty good he was bleeding too much and he died right in front of me. “Why did you do it,” I asked, “what made you snap and made you kill all of those people.”
“I’m sorry I was so scared,” he said, I could tell he was striking with fear, it was in his eyes but I could hardly think because he kept muttering, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.” Over and over again, he wouldn’t stop so I tried to tell the others what happened but he freaked out and pointed the knife towards me. “I’m sorry for everything,” he said, “ I’m sorry that about killing those people but it was the council they made me do it and they started it and I couldn’t take I need a relief and this was the only way.” Then he put the knife to his neck and before I could react he cut
