Narrative Essay About Moving Out

Improved Essays
The fast and slick air started to push out from under me...It was nighttime at Universal Studios, and after a whole day of walking or doing some type of activity, my body tends to get really tired. My feet were sore, my throat was dry and I was just getting ready to end the day and go back to the hotel when something caught my family's attention.
My mom abruptly questioned, “Does anyone want to skydive before we go home?” But we all new we couldn't jump out of a plane when it's literally pitch black at night.
But even so, for some weird reason, me, my brother and sister all restlessly barked at my mom, “Where!?”
Then my family’s eyes fell towards the addicting neon sign that read “SKYDIVING!” which kept on changing into different colors.

We had chosen a facility by the name of Chicagoland Skydiving Center, quite the mouthful in my opinion. Located roughly an hour away in Rochelle, Illinois we started out journey bright and early. The drive there was something similar to a teenage music video, just two girls on the highway blasting music and roughly trying to sing along. I only remember feeling elated and jealous of the incoming seniors who still had all their own escapades to enjoy. Here I was slowly finishing all mine up.…
