I join Link Crew on the grounds that in my first year no one guide me or showed me the way to not screw up my Freshman year. Along these lines, I chose to screw my first year and now I am regretting all I did. I help my freshmen out with any sorts of issues. For instance, clean, cook, get my siblings, and make sustenance for my father in the morning for work. My mother was really depressed and sometimes she wouldn't want to leave her bed. It was a struggle for me to do everything and I really felt about what my mother goes through everyday.
All that influenced me to value my mother and school more. She pushes me to do great in school and to get a career. My mother and father went to school, but drop out because my parents had it to support their brothers and sisters. I wasn't considering school important and would not really care for it. That is when I realized why my mother made me want to think school is important. My mother wanted to stay in school to have a better future for us and herself. Likewise, she left Mexico at a young age with my father to give us, her children a superior future. So I should take school and my education more
