Personal Narrative: My Love In A Food Truck

When I was younger I never imagine that I would one day open my own Food truck. I had always loved to cook as a kid, I would stand in the kitchen and watch my mother cook. It was almost like she was making magic happen with food. All the great smells that ran through the house during the holidays was a joy, just to know that I would be filling my stomach with magic that my mom prepared, was always a great feeling. Once I started to be a teenager, I loved watching food shows. Back then in the late 90’s there were some good shows on just none about food trucks. I watch all the famous show like iron chef of America, Rachel Ray, and Emeril live, that show was my favorite. My love for Food truck came about when I moved to Arizona in 2015. It was a crave there, the food trucks were everywhere. People never had to leave their jobs when they were on break, there was always food truck just sitting on the lots, so it made it easier, for people to enjoy something fresh but fast. And that’s where it started for me I had seen all the love that people had for the food trucks. I had already love to cook but owning my own truck would give me the chance to do something else that I loved to do which was to talk to people.
