But that day I was with my mom at the grocery store, and when we were in there getting food for the house I saw my favorite candy. I asked my mom for the candy but she told me no because I had already had candy before we had gotten to the store. When my mom and I made the walk to our car I helped her put the bags into the trunk of the car, and then got in the back seat and put my seatbelt on. I didn’t eat my new treasure yet because I wanted to wait until I got to my house to eat the sweet candy. It was about a ten-minute drive back home and I couldn’t wait for the ride to be over. When we finally reached our house I got out and helped my mom unload the bags into the house and put the food in their place, but when I finished I ran upstairs into my room and quickly shut the door behind.
