What happened to her, why did I not stop her from going there, this is all my fault. I am so dumb to believe she has changed after all of this. I was pacing back and forth on the school rooftop.

“Don’t beat yourself up, she tricked everybody we all were fooled by her” my best friend CJ told me. She’s been my best friend since the move.

She only knew a bit about my situation with Skyler but that was too much for my liking. CJ asked me if i could finally tell her the whole story. The reason why i did not tell her the whole story was because it seems that everybody I tell ends up getting hurt., physically or mentally. CJ was worried about me, so she set out and followed me home and she heard Skyler threatening me. So of course CJ was even more worried, she told me a week later about all the things she heard, I was incredibly worried about her. Even though Skyler was “evil’ she was still the nice girl I met in 9th grade and i was always going to care about her no matter what.

“I know you don’t want me to find out but can you please tell me.” CJ pleads and i bite my lip.

Should i tell her? I mean what worse can i do.

‘Fine, but only because you know to much.” She

I immediately quieted down. I felt guilty. She couldn't possibly be friends with me, and there was no way I could have made her tears any better. Not everybody will like you—it’s a statement I've always heard, understood and accepted. What I didn't realized until fairly recently in my life, is that some people take this to the next level. Some people will hate you for reasons seemingly unknown or unreasonable to you. It all started with the rehearsals of the 2015 school spring musical of The Addams Family that my friend, we'll just refer to him as Pugsley, myself and a couple other friends, were met with the presence of a then junior, who we'll refer to as, Katrina.…

I remember the first day of middle school as a sixth grader. I was nervous yet excited to meet new friends, though I’m not the best at it. I would head to the cafeteria every morning as soon as my dad dropped me off. My friends and I along with many other students would gather around the cafeteria before class starts, but far across the table I was sitting was a different table. That table had students that seem to me, very uncontrollably hyper and obnoxious but isolated.…

So, early one morning, I was riding on the bus waiting for my friends Emily and Cheyenne to get on. Once they got on, Emily sat up against the window and she wasn’t talking to us and I was worried because usually she had a huge mouth.…

“You won’t amount to anything…you’re too small…you can compete with us”. For my whole life I have been hearing those words from my peers to adults, coaches and the list goes on. During my school career it was a breeze until I got to middle school. Once I hit the sixth grade the name calling and constant judging from the seventh and eighth graders started. However, what really struck me with disbelief was how my “friends” started to treat me, as if joining in on the banter was “cool” and did it to fit in with the older/cooler kids.…
