We are driving down to USC, traffic is horrid. “ Mom, when are we gonna get there?” I ask half asleep. After a brutal hour we finally get there “Hey guys!!” lisa says with excitement. “ Hey Lisa!!!”
The kids finally get here, you can here all their feet clattering on the bleachers. Sams two best friends Sean and Brandon go up, “ Sam was a caring person and it was a tragedy that we lost him but we wanted to remember him as who we knew him as. Sam excelled at basketball, he played at Oak Park High for all his four years. He was a great family member, friend and brother.” “ Its game time! USC vs. Yale!!” My mom, Mona my moms friend, and I were going to our seats. So we go to our seats and no one is there. So I call Lisa and she finally picks up “ where are you guys?” “we found better seats!” We finally get to where they were sitting after going around the basketball court about five times.

With twenty seconds on the clock, The player that has the ball is sprinting to the hoop with only four second left he throws the ball with mercy, the court got quiet seeing if the ball was gonna go in the hoop, it was like the whole stadium even the player stopped to see if it made. It made!!!! USC won 21 to 10!!! After this big win you here all the USC fans screaming and the player jumping ecstatically. So now is the hard part, we have to get two hundred kids into a room in less that 20 minutes. “ Yikes!” said Lisa, “ That's impossible!” 10 minutes later we all here “ Wow!! I can’t believe we made it in less than 20 minutes!” When we walked into the room we just saw two hundred white bags in the corner. We got all the kids seated and quiet after about fifteen minutes. It was time to give the kids their basketballs/ bags but before we gave all the kids their bags Sean came up one more time to say a couple of words “Giving back means so much to us and especially Sam, We hope you had a great
