When the ambulance arrived, they loaded him onto a gurney and put him in the back. They took him to the hospital as fast as they could. As soon as the ambulance left, his friends got in their car and started following them. As they were following the ambulance, they called my parents. We were at the house when we got the call, and our parents started panicking. We got in the car and drove there as fast as we could to the hospital to see my brother, Blake, lying on a bed with IVs in his arms and a ventilator in his mouth. He was still unconscious. He had a few broken ribs and a concussion. He had bruises and lacerations all over his face, but that was the least that the doctor and nurses were worried about. His friends were sitting in the grief-stricken, grey waiting room and told us what had happened to Blake. They took him back to start operating on his weak, feeble body. They didn't think that he was going to live because of how dangerous it was, and if he did then he would have to learn how to walk again.
