On 04/27/2017, approximately at 17:25, I, Officer, Rivera Ayala, responded to 16 Terminal Dr. Bethalto IL (AKA High Flyers Grill) in reference to suspicious activity. A caller stated that a male and a female were walking arounf the parking lot and the female was acting in a suspicious way.
Upon arrival I met with one of the Suspects identified as Timothy R Van Ausdoll (DOB03/14/19860). Van Ausdoll at the location’s parking lot. Van Ausdoll stated that his wife, later identified as Erika J. Huck (DOB 02/15/1990) was trying to get a new license at the “DMV”, got frustrated because she was not able to get the license, and this is the reason why Erika was acting mad, but Van Ausdoll did not know where Erika went. I advised Van Ausdoll to look for Erika inside of “High Flyers Grill”. I went with Van Ausdoll to look for Erika and one of the employees stated that a female had been in the bathroom for a long time. While looking for Erika Sgt. A check through dispatch showed Erika to have warrant (12TR106484) FTA disregard stop sign with $7000.00 Bond 10% applies, through Alton PD , and warrant (16CF1587) Theft over $500 no bond through Glen Carbon PD. I dvised Erika of the warrants which to what she stated that she was aware of.
Erika was placed in handcuff behind her back, double lock, checked for proper fit and placed in the back of squad car #9. Erika was transported to the Bethalto Police Department where she was searched incident to arrest by female officer from Roxana PD. Erika was booked, process and lodged in cell 4. Erika was later transported to Glen Carbon Police Department by a Glen Carbon Police
