Narrative And Informative Essay: The Pioneer House

The Pioneer House is an about 130-year-old historic building which is greenish-colored, wooden, timeworn and inconspicuous. I have visited Ballard several times so far and walked the Ballard Ave, the street which the house is located in, but I have never noticed this small –sometimes looks hidden behind trees– and old one (even if it was restored and remodeled). I was wondering what make this house as the historic one. Just its age? or is there any indigenous character related to Seattle’s
