****REPORT LATE DUE TO MACWIS ISSUES****
PER REPORTER: Rosa bring the infant to school. Rosa's relationship to the family is unknown. She doesn't speak English well. The mother can't speak fluent English. The infant has a bruise on his right butt cheek that is about thesize of the palm of a hand. There is a bruise on the center of the crack that is a finger nail wide in width and 1 and 1/2 in length. There bruises are blue in color. It is unknown what happened. Glenda changed the infant's wet diaper about 8:30 a.m. He was changed again between 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. due to having a bowel movement. Glenda turned him over to clean him really good and notice the bruise. She didn't notice the bruise earlier because she didn't have to turn
