Building A offers 16 docks, while Building B offers 10 docks, while Building C offers only 3 docks. Mark needed a minimum ceiling height of 12 feet to install the brewing equipment. Even though all three buildings offer this minimum height, Building A has a ceiling height much greater than the other two. Building A offers a ceiling height of 26 feet, while Building B and Building C only offer 14-18 foot ceilings and 16 foot ceilings. Another factor as to why Mark should choose Building A to build his keg-only brewery in is due to the factor of accessibility. Building A is located only 1.5 miles from Interstate highway I-95, a 4 minute drive.
