Building A has the highest weighted score of the three buildings. Even though all three buildings offer this minimum height, Building A has a ceiling height much greater than the other two. Building A offers a ceiling height of 26 feet, while Building B and Building C only offer 14-18 foot ceilings and 16 foot ceilings. Another factor as to why Mark should choose Building A to build his keg-only brewery in is due to the factor of accessibility. Building A is located only 1.5 miles from Interstate highway I-95, a 4 minute drive. Not only would this cut down on transportation costs, but it would also enable more visitors to the brewery as a billboard on the roof would be visible to thousands of cars that drive by each day.
