Leadership is defined as the ability to influence a group of people for achieving a common version and who can be a better example of leadership than India’s Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi – A leader guiding a population of crores to a new, bright and economic giant – India.
He is truly an authentic leader – one who knows who he is, what he believes in and acts on these beliefs and values openly. His followers, like me, consider him to be an ethical leader.
It is the below quote by Mr. Abraham Lincoln which inspires us to look up to Mr Narendra Modi:
 I am not bound to win, but I am bound to be true.
 I am not bound to succeed, but I am bound to live by the light I have.

I have resolved to play charismatic. For this I practise speaking in front of the mirror, to begin with. This helps me to observe my body language and improve on it. I believe in learning new languages and this definitely helps in better communication. I have made a beginning by learning French in my last vacation. I have also decided to enrol in a personality development class in my next vacation.
I try to practise yoga and other exercises in order to be practically fit and thus have a healthy mind. A healthy mind lives in a healthy body. Yoga helps me in anger management. Also, developing hobbies help to keep calm. I am a dog lover and this becomes an outlet for my stress.
Right here in college, I have begun to take criticism in my stride. Initially, I would get disheartened but looking at my role model I see that he just continues to work ignoring the criticism and have decided that no matter what others say, one must continue the hard work and good
