NaturaRelief
Natural ADD/ADHD Supplement https://www.naturarelief.com/secure-ordering.php NaturaRelief claims to be able to help with symptoms and relapses of all disorders associated with ADHD. Supposedly those who decide to buy these supplements will feel the NaturaRelief working in just 30 minutes. The website claims that the longer one has had these symptoms the larger of a supply that it will take in order to “breakdown and correct the chemical imbalance.” The larger the supply one orders the more expensive it gets. The starting price at three-month’s supply is $89.99. From there the prices increases to $139.99 for a six-month’s supply and $219.99 for a twelve-month’s supply.
The website screams “scam” just by the fact that they mention that it’s an “award winning” product and that it won “The Natural Treatment Award.” In order to view the certification of the product you click on the link where it says, “award winning” and the certification is literally like a scroll that can be created on a word document by anyone. The font is very tacky on this said “award” and no actual award-winning product would have a literal award linked. This is the first time I am hearing of this award, and I’m curious as to why not more holistic remedies haven’t been awarded in previous years before this product started being produced.

Oz who hosts a show about medical alternative treatments. Eventually the excitement for this supplement went haywire; even my parents bought into the scam. It is very believable because Garcinia Cambogia is introduced to the western consumer first as a super fruit that is native in Indonesia. Immediately that statement is attention grabbing because it’s something we are not regularly exposed to. The website selling the supplement then explains that Garcinia Cambogia has Hydroxyctric Acid which is the key ingredient and claims to be mother nature’s answer to weight

With everyone always competing to look their best, it is no wonder that several diet/weightless supplements have hit the market within the last few years. One in particular, by the name of garcinia cambogia, has even been featured on the Dr. Oz show, being called a “miracle pill” (Konstantinides, 2016). Nonetheless, one must wonder, how do these proclaimed “miracle" pills allow our bodies to supposedly drop weight so quick? Research states that garcinia cambogia does this specifically by manipulating the active ingredient, hydroxycitric acid, which is overall responsible for blocking an important enzyme called citrate lyase.…

Both articles by Milch and his colleagues , and Barkley were very informative on defining ADHD and the subtypes of the disorder and also explaining where research about the disorder has its strengths and where more research needs to be done. Both articles indirectly discussed issues for families and children and discussed things that should be considered for the next DSM. ADHD has been associated with key symptoms such as poor sustained attention, impulsiveness and hyperactivity (Barkley 1997). ADHD was first introduced to the DSM in 1980 where the first concerns arose about whether or not ADHD was a separate diagnosis from Conduct disorder.…
