One suggestion for the improvement of Nardelli’s revenue and a company as a whole is to have a continuous understanding of the customer's need. Being able to understand and know the customers needs would ultimately lead to customers desire for the business, In which would distinguish Nardelli’s business from their competitors. Being able to understand and have a clear idea of their customers is the main force to which the success of the business depends on. More importantly, by concentrating mainly on building loyal and satisfied customers and not focus on the business’s short term profits is the key to a business endeavor.
