On 06-14-16 at approximately 0100 hours, I responded to an alarm call at “The Dental Center.” Dispatch told me there was second alarm call for the narcotic cabinet inside the business. I arrived at the location at approximately 0105 hours and found the door forced open. The door had pry marks, and the door was propped open using a hammer and a screwdriver. The strike plate was pried off the door frame.

As I searched the inside of the unlit building, I located a man (later identified as S01-Munday) with a pry bar forcing his way into a narcotic cabinet. S01-Munday wore all dark clothing in order to hide in the darkness. He had a flashlight tucked under his beanie next to his right temple. S01-Munday used the flashlight to light up the cabinet
