It is evident that the interpretation of dreams has changed throughout every culture. According to ancient civilizations dreams acted as a connection between this world and the gods. For example the Greeks and Romans believed that dream had the power to tell the future. Certain dreams meant that person had direction communication with the supernatural. Some of the most prominent dream interpretations can be seen in the Christian faith. From the numerous stories in the Bible including 1 Kings 3:5. A dream was give to Solomon from God asking what he wanted him to give him. In the end, Solomon chose to receive wisdom. As a young child I dreamt of a man with no face constantly appearing when I felt hurt or pain. However, this mysterious man never made any contact with me during my dream. The explanation for this dream is that I was trying to keep my behavior or nature hidden.
