Narcissistic personality disorder is a general excess admiration; this disorder enables someone from empathizing with others. This disorder is generally one of the most difficult personalities to treat due to random personality patterns. Symptoms vary from grandiose sense of self-importance and preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success. This may be difficult to lead NPD patients to seek help due to their lack of acknowledgement of their certain weaknesses. This disorder stretches from the patient not being able to love oneself, which the patient searches out for excessive admiration.
