Some may argue that by taking naps during the day, adults would waste time and run the risk of developing sleep intertia. Adults who work do not have the time available to nap during the day. If their businesses allowed them some time for a nap, workdays would have to be longer to compensate for the time spent napping. If someone is tired or sleep deprived they will have a low quality of work, and may not be energized enough to efficiently complete their tasks. They will not be able to think as creatively if they are distracted or tired. When I am tired my brain feels as though it cannot work very quickly. I also get headaches, which cause me to be distracted and unable to focus on the task at hand. Once I take a quick nap, I feel drastically more
