My first reason on why naps are here to help us is, it helps to refresh your body. It does this by giving you time to rest your body in the middle of the day so you can finsh th rest. Naps also refreshes your body by giving your body a rest if you've been on your toes alot. So if you think about it your helping your body feel better for the rest of the day. This is why i think naps help to refresh the body.
