Napoleon Bonaparte was born the 15th of august 1769. Napoleon Bonaparte was a French military and political leader. Napoleon Bonaparte gained his power during the French revolution and he also lead many successful campaigns during the revolutionary wars. Napoleon Bonaparte was the emperor of France from 1804 to 1814 and once again in 1815. Napoleon Bonaparte was born in Corsica an island located west of the Italian peninsula. Napoleon Bonaparte was the fourth child in their family and the third son. Napoleon Bonaparte had an older brother Joseph and six younger siblings Lucien, Elisa, Louis, Pauline, Caroline, and Jerome. The finding of this information led to the kidnapping and execution of Louis Antoine, Duke of Enghien. Napoleon Bonaparte had a secret trial and the Louis Antoine, Duke of Enghien was executed even though he did not have a hand in the plot of Napoleon's assassination. Napoleon did this in part to prove himself to the people that if they try and assassinate him or harm him they will also be killed.
