Good morning,
Today I'm talking about the life of Nano Nagle. Born in County Cork, Ireland, she lived from 1718-1784. Nano Nagle was born to Garret and Ann Nagel . She founded the Presentation sisters in 1775. Nanos real name was Horana, she was the eldest of six children. Nano attended Hedge college in Ireland but was later sent to school in France.

Nano Nagle grew up in a rich family on a small property. She was alive around the time of the Industrial Revolution, this was about the time that urbanisation started. Whilst Nano Nagle was alive the population of England grew by about 1 million people. Poverty was also a significant part of Nano Nagles life because Ireland was full of it.
