Nannying Style Analysis

Thank you so much for meeting with me this morning and explaining to me what you are looking for in a nanny. After I left I was thinking about it, and I'm not sure I would be the right fit.
I know you're a first time mom and you must be nervous and of course want to find someone who is going to be a perfect fit for what you need. However, my nannying style is a little more laid back then what I think you are looking for.I say this because I have worked with families who have more than one child, and I feel you would be better served to work with someone who has experience working with first time mothers before. I know you have another person who you are considering too, but if you don't think she is going to be the right fit either I do have
