INTRODUCTION:
This case involved Nancy Luck being a danger to herself. Luck was transported to the Huntington Memorial Hospital Emergency Room, where she was placed on a WIC 5150 hold.
INVESTIGATION:
On 09-26-17 at approximately 1527 hours, LA County Clinician Vasquez #433353 and I responded to 775 E. Union Street #304, regarding a possible suicide attempt. Luck advised PPD dispatch that she wanted to jump off of her third story balcony.
Clinician Vasquez and I arrived on scene and contacted Luck. Luck told us the following information: Luck admitted she wanted to hurt herself by jumping off of her third story balcony. Luck advised that she has been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Luck reportedly has not been taking her medication.
