I want to show people the beauty in our kids so they can understand the beauty in our kids so they can understand that they are so much more than a diagnosis"- Nancy Gianni. Nancy Gianni had a daughter who had down syndrome and was thought of differently in a bad way. She then created GiG's playhouse , a place where kids with down syndrome can have fun, get support, and get ready for the future. My beliefs of a hero is someone who does not care what others think and are working hard to change the world for better. Nancy Gianni demonstrates these traits , integrity, tenacious, inspiration and focused.
