Naimiah Clark has been with Godiva for about 6 years but it seems that she fails to uphold the basic requirements and work ethics that should be exuded by a worker. There has been countless occasions in which she shows that she lacks respects for fellow coworkers as well as the establishment. On a weekly basis she comes in asking what tasks needs to be done, but yet fails to read the daily tracker that states exactly what needs to be done. Also being with a company for about 6 years she should take the initiative and see what's needs to be done instead of constantly asking. When given simple tasks of retieing chocolate boxes her favorite line is I do not know how to do it. I personally have taught her to tie boxes on three different occasions and still she fails to adhere to that tasks.
On Sunday 12-20-15 I was scheduled to work in the afternoon while Marisa the other keyholder was scheduled to open.

It was made crystal clear to all workers that we were unable to hide Godiva products and then purchase it when those items went on sale .Another co-worker was also present during this time.

On Wednesday March 23,2016 it was also bought to my attention that she fails to sanitize dishes during cleaning process in the night. That is very unsanitary. Rules and Procedures do states that dishes need to be washed and sanitized.

These incidents portray the fact Namiah fails to adhere to Godiva's rules and policies. I am also aware that Godiva takes pride in how chocolatiers presents themselves with work uniforms. She fails to wear her badge, she constantly has sneakers on when the dress code is shoes and slacks. Again for someone who has been with the company for so long you should know these simple rules like the back of your hand. However it seems as if she lacks respect, work ethic and simply does not care nor comply with Godiva's

The best interpretation of a dental hygienist that I can conceive is a professional whose main job is to teach their clients the essential oral hygiene skills and provide dental care in order for the client to maintain their overall oral health. She is not one who likes men to rule over her but of course there is nothing she can do about it. A really good example of that is when she says “Would it not grieve a woman to be overmastered with a piece of valiant dust, to make an account of her life to a clod of wayward marl? No, uncle, I’ll none: Adam’s sons are my brethren; and, truly, I hold it a sin to match in my kindred” (A2; S1; L 60-64). She does not like the idea that men are the only ones that can rule in this point in time. She believes that woman should be equal and that they should be able to decide things for themselves.…
