Lots of people want to become succeed since their childhood, they work hard from day-to-day and fight for their dreams. Na’ Dreya Lattimore is such a case. As described in Ten Letters by Eli Saslow (2011), Na’ Dreya, a fifth-grade girl grew up in a poor family, is eager to succeed. She showed a strong appetency for going to MIT when writing her “ten-year plan” (p.219) homework though this homework was comlished in a dilapidated two-room apartment which Na’ Dreya needs to share with her mother, grandma and two little brothers.
