The main purpose of such record is to categorization and timeless storage of the patient information along with maximizing interoperability between easily shareable system and secured electronic records. For a successful implementation of EHR system, there are six basic areas which need to be taken into account. The foremost being the appropriate leadership. For any kind of transformation or change implementation in an organization, influence should be in “top to down” form so as to create maximum impact on the majority class of people (Nguyen, Bellucci, & Nguyen, 2014). The leadership should be highly committed to make the implementation as an organizational priority. Moreover, they should be capable of foreseeing the future as well as motivating others towards the adoption of the change. Cultural diversity is seen in every organization due to widespread globalization and increased awareness among commonwealth. Therefore, providing the right resources in terms of equipment, technology, education, and training can make the change management process more efficient and successful. Thought resistance will also come from those who do not want a change or development in the methodology, but such obstacles need a proper measure for rectification. Still convincing people and taking them along with the progress will make the change to new heights. Importantly, good governance is always crucial in this regard. Legal implementation will help in avoiding certain unwanted disputes and managing the procedures in the proper direction. It is important to note that Government has also made it legal for the implementation of EHR. Once the visionary change is implemented in the routine care practice scenario, there should be a regular check on its execution. Any issues regarding anything should be reported and acted
