NRCC- Karen has the opportunity to file and NRCC on the banker that the client spoke with. There were two leads, one where the client chatted with a banker and one where the client called and spoke with a banker. The client stated they called last week and were expecting to receive an email. It is important to file NRCC's if there is indication that the client was supposed to receive communication that was never sent because we need to make sure we are holding out TMs accountable. When in doubt, file it. If it is not actually an NRCC, there is no harm.
