NHS Patient Experience Framework is a policy which helps the health carer to set out positive experiences for the patient. This is based on the 8 elements of good patient care, including respect, co-ordination, information and communication of their clinical stages to make them aware of things, physical comfort, emotional support, welcoming the involvement of family members, helping patients to learn of to take care of themselves when at home and giving access to care and attention- making sure they are aware of what happens. When a health carer uses this policy, they must make sure they apply the Equality Act 2010 to eliminate discrimination, victimisation and harassment and try their best to make good relations with people and promote equality. …show more content…
This will help the patient to overcome a situation like for example, making a decision based on their health without knowing what they have just done. This can also help to improve a patient who has autonomy because it will enable them to make the right decision based on their health status. If the health carer does not let the patient overcome their challenges, then this means that the patient won’t be able to make the required changes for improvement in their health and wellbeing. This means that the NHS will face lots of problems if no patient can overcome their challenges because no one will tackle their difficulties.

a teacher must complete a checklist if they have any concerns about a child. This checklist includes the name, age, whether the child looks healthy or not, is injured or not and other health related questions about the child. This checklist suggests whether the child needs further support or not. The health providers or carers should all be aware of this framework. This framework aims to improve communication between all service providers so that children’s parents don’t have to give their child’s details to every health carer. This makes it easier for both health carer and child guardian as it saves time. The whole point of this is to make sure the child is provided with early intervention so that they don’t struggle when they are older. This ensures that every child has the opportunity to progress at the same level as everyone else. This helps minimise the challenges children may face because it lets teachers or health carers identify a problem with a child and makes sure they write it down so they can ensure that the child has no developmental problems and to ensure that all problems are sorted out. If these challenges are not overcome by then these children won’t progress at the same level as everyone else which means later in life when they start to find things even more difficult they will struggle even more.
