When the government gets into debt, it limits resources; and can no longer afford to pay for all services used by the public. For example, hospitals, roads, educations, care for the elderly, help for disabled people to find work and the vulnerable. To balance this out; the government makes cuts in various areas to help reduce debt. Moreover, they try to limit some resources in several services; although at the same time they help other services provide a better quality of care. However, when there are so many cuts being made, it has a highly negative impact on local authorities and communities. Budget cuts in education stand just as calamitous (Mclnerney, 2017). Because of funding cuts within education; a lot of schools have had to limit resources.
