The CMS has adopted the 2012 edition of the NFPA Life Safety Code for doors inspection especially the fire doors. With the state inspector due at any time it is with the utmost importance that I receive the quarterly door inspection from you. We also need to record the fire doors on the door inspection forms so they will stand out. I feel that the inspector will request to see this document. I would like for you to have these reports to me by the end August.
