Did that really happen? NFL players are disrespecting the American Flag. That action is not right; just because President Trump made a wrong decision that doesn't mean that now NFL players can make their own rules. The NFL players deserve to be punished for their actions. If NFL players are allowed to sit or kneel down during the National Anthem, then why can't we do the same? It's not right to just give up on our Nations flag. Many Americans get in trouble these days for doing insane things like perhaps burning the American flag, which is also disrespectful to our flag. There for NFL players need to be punished for again disrespecting our flag. Also, men and woman in the American Navy and American Army fight for our flag nearly everyday. Isn't that just for no reason, now if the NFL is disrespecting the flag of our country that they fought for? This will surely harm the culture of America. …show more content…
The NFL is the country's most watched games. This encountering that more and more people everyday will have their mind change about our nation. Then the effect will then be leading to the loose of caring and respect for our country flag, once again that the NFL players are disrespecting. Just because you are in the National Football League, that doesn't mean that you have the right to make and choose your own laws. Of course our country is the land of the free, but still don't we have laws? And aren't the laws there for a reason? Well then the NFL should be punished for their nonsense that they are making a big attention scene about. The NFL might feel a certain way, but that doesn't mean that they need to present it to the fans watching
