Introduction National Higher Education Entrance Examination (NCEE) is a standardized education testing system, which selects students to attend higher education in China. It was established by the Ministry of Education under the State Counsel in 1952 (Gu, 1981). After culture revolution (1966-1976) China reinstituted NCEE, everyone who apply for the higher education should take this examination. NHEEE use "3+X" Examination System, "3" refers to compulsory subjects, including "Chinese, Mathematics and English", each of which accounts for 150/750 in total score. They tried to find the relationship between time management, test frequency and learning outcomes when senior high school students preparing for NCEE. Studies found that DHEE both have negatives that raise psychological pressure and positives which enough pressure may motivate students’ learning (Hechun & Xiaolin, 2009).
Besides, polices changes which controlled by Chinese Education Committee always govern the NCEE reforming (Feng, 1999). The main task during time of NCEE reforming in the short term is to strengthen students’ endurance (Qinghua, 2013).
However, the debate about Canada university admission criterion is limited in the decade. Schools across Ontario have inflated for the sake of help students insure admission of universities (Francois R. & Diane E.).
Moreover, the feature of admission groups in Ontario were not significantly rely on geographical distribution, government financial assistance, attitude and personality. There is no standardized device for universities to use when they select students. So administrators found that some of students they admitted cannot profit from universities’ indoctrination as well as adapt to the education system (Pollock,
