NASPA: The Importance Of Diversity In Higher Education

The diversity of these groups and networks vary. Higher Education is a predominant profession of White males that ranges from low to upper middle class. I do not know the diversity of NASPA. NASPA does have Equality and Diversity constituent groups, and they are: African American, Asian Pacific Islanders, Disability Knowledge Community, LGBT, Indigenous Peoples, Latino/a, Women, Spirituality and Religion, and many more. The majority of TWC faculty and staff are White males and females that range from low to upper middle class.
