Space Exploration should be funded because NASA is working on finding life on Mars. According to NASA, “Mars has always been a source of inspiration for explorers and scientists. Robotic missions have found evidence of water, but if life exists beyond Earth still remains a mystery.” If NASA isn’t funded they won’t be able to explore Mars and possibly even give us a new life to start off in. According to NASA “Space exploration has created new markets and new technologies that have spurred our economy and changed our lives in many ways.” It has helped our “food safety systems, improved mine safety, compute technology, environmental and agricultural resources, consumer, home, and recreation, public safety, transportation, health and medicine.” Clearly, if we didn’t have NASA providing all these services for the citizens living in the US, then we wouldn’t have come so far with technology and health.
