NAPE Workshop Summary

Karin went through the NAPE Workshop on November 11th and she is doing well with the verification & order protocols. She tends to ask callers to repeat contact information often, also needs to be mindful of her responses and that her tone is not taking in a negative way. Karin also needs to work on capturing accurate station information and following through with the closing scripts.
