The fascia is located between the skin and the underlying structure of muscle and bone, it is a sheet of tissue also known as connective tissue that covers and connects parts inside the body, for example muscles, organs, and skeletal structures . MFR (Myofascial Release) therapy increases blood flow, improves muscular range and maintains normal functional muscular length.

Kinesio tape
Kinesio tape (KT) is an elastic therapeutic tape made of reinforced 100% cotton sheathes that are designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while treating sports injuries and enhancing performance by providing durability, increased strength and stability to muscles and joints increasing the body’s range in motion. The fibers provide support without restricting motion, compressing or decompressing an area, promoting blood flow and draining swelling by passive lift to the skin via the elastic properties of the tape.
