The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a career-center mainstay. It works by asking a series of questions to determine where you fall on the spectrums of four personality dimensions: introversion vs. extroversion, sensing vs. intuition, thinking vs. feeling, and perceiving vs. judging (Ciccarelli, 2015).
