Based from the results of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) test, Tasha and I were both classified as ESPF (Extraverted Sensing Feeling Perceiving). Interacting with patients face-to-face is the role that we wish to assume working in the Radiography field. Matching our personality type we want to be a part of the show rather than being behind the scenes. Our personality type craves the attention so in a sense we put out. As a type we’re known as “the Performer”.

Common issues that I can see belong to this personality is that ESFP’s are too nice. These descriptions all tell that we put others before ourselves, which we strive to please the aesthetics of what surrounds. So were known as the performer but I’m sure the pleaser or the pushover would work jus as well. Well-matched to the ESPF the ESTP show similar characteristics. Both types in a sense enjoy making others happy and live in the moment and neither cope well with stress. I see the ESTP as my close companion.
As a member of a team I believe that it is important to learn stress relief techniques. This can create a problem because the nice ones are usually the quiet ones and the quiet ones are the ones that tend to explode. Not forgetting that as a care provider we’re on a team but we also work with patients so it’s important to learn how to manage stress properly and
