Another of my weaknesses is I tend to be a rule-bender and although I take a stand in the ideas I believe are right. I need to learn how to stand up for my ideas and what I believe is right in a way that will not affect my superiors, other employers or myself. I do think that I have these qualities that I scored high and low in the assessments.
