Myer-Briggs Reflection

After taking a test I learned my Myers-Briggs Type was Introvert, Sensing, Feeling, and Perception (ISFP). I am actually glad I had taken the test because I think ISFP really fits me, which is great because when I was filling in the blanks I was worried I was not answering truthfully. I think knowing my Myers-Briggs has help me to figure why I study a certain way and why I’m more likely to enjoy certain subjects in school. While I couldn’t relate to everything that goes with being an ISFP for the most part it was accurate.
I did know before taking the Myer-Briggs test that I was an introvert so I wasn’t surprised with I saw the I. Though I need learn new thing about being an introvert that I found very interesting. For example, being an introvert

Thought once I read over the Myer-Briggs presentation I understood why I got an S. I do enjoy subjects like History or Psychology because I can easily mesmerize facts and I enjoy learning the little detail about theories or historical events. I also do have a hard time connecting facts which really hurts me when I’m trying to write papers.
I want to be a teacher so after really about Feeling I knew why I fit into that category. I’ve always been told that I’m a caring person and I love volunteering. Though I hate fighting and debating about ideas and beliefs I do feel strongly about my own personal values. What really hit home for me though was that fact that while I have a hard time attempting it I do want to be appreciated by others.
Perceiving was another category I was little shock I got into because I like to lie to myself. I want to believe that I’m the type of person who likes to make plans, but really I go with the flow most of the time. I like saying the word yes, so most of my day ends up hectic. Even when I try to makes plans I’ll end doing way more than I planned to do. Additionally, I’m huge procrastinator which leaves me doing homework and writing papers at the last
